Order Placement

Orders can be placed only from the company office or any authorized branch outlet.

Pickup From Office or Branch Outlet

Pickup orders can be placed at any company outlet. Payment options for pickup orders include:

  • Cash
  • Bank Payment

Pickup Hours:

  • Monday – Friday : 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM
  • Saturday : 10:00 AM – 01:30 PM
  • Sunday : Closed

Payment

Payment options for orders placed at the office:

  • Cash
  • Bank Payment

Shipments are verified before dispatch. By signing the delivery note, the recipient confirms that the order was received in satisfactory condition.

If any damage or shortage is found, the customer must notify Dayjoy Nepal Private Limited within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Orders are typically shipped on the next business day.

  • Orders placed on Saturday after 2:30 PM will be shipped on Monday.
  • Average delivery time is 2 to 7 days.
  • Deliveries may not occur on Sundays or major holidays.

Delivery of the Product

Dayjoy Nepal Private Limited may use different delivery models for delivering products to customers or independent distributors.

The company ensures that products delivered are genuine, non-faulty and exactly match the description provided on the website.

Shipping addresses and PIN codes will be verified before processing the order. If an address is not serviceable by logistics providers, customers may provide an alternate address.

Important Delivery Conditions

  • Products will only be delivered after full payment is received.
  • Customers / Independent Distributors must accept delivery of products once shipped.
  • If delivery is refused, the customer may be held responsible for the non-acceptance.
  • Dayjoy Nepal Private Limited may decide whether to redeliver the product or process a refund as per the refund policy.
  • Ownership of the product transfers to the customer after full payment and delivery.
  • Customers should check the packaging before accepting delivery to ensure it is not damaged or tampered.
